To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the relative sale price. ​​

All opened items may be eligible for an exchange of equal or lesser value if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. ​ ​

Helpful hints to a successful experience:​

Since the tear-stain chews & powders work to prevent excess tears that cause staining internally, it may take up to 90 days to see the full results.​

Are you seeing a reduction of the excess tears but still see the stains on your pet’s fur after giving your pet our chews or powders? If so, those stains may be left over from previous tears. We recommend using our Tear Stain Solution or Wipes to help keep the coat clean while the Chews or Powders get to work internally. Additional grooming may be needed to help trim away the old, stubborn stains.​
