While all dogs and cats are different, it is typical to see results as early as four weeks, but on average between 6-10 weeks, when using the full regimen of the Plus Chews or Plus Powders alongside the Tear Stain Wipes or Solution. When using the Natural Chews or Natural Powders in combination with the Tear Stain Wipes or Solution, it may take up to 12 weeks to see the results. Since our products are addressing tear stains from the inside out, it does take some time for your pet's body to adjust and rebalance, during this time the wipes and solution will help clean the fur that is stained from previous tears.

If pet parents use the full regimen of a treat or powder in combination with a solution or wipe for at least three months and do not see any improvement, consider also adjusting your pet's diet. An unbalanced diet or certain ingredients may be exasperating the tear staining issue. Eliminate food or treats that have corn, wheat, soy, or food coloring that may trigger allergies. Distilled water is also best for drinking water, as water minerals found in tap water may also add to tear staining.
Angels' Eyes may reduce the discharge but will not stop it completely as eyes naturally need some moisture.
While Angels' Eyes Chews and Powders help prevent tear stains from forming, a dog or cat may still have fur staining left over from previous tears. If this is the case, we recommend using the Angels' Eyes Wipes and/or Solution to help clean the fur. Regular grooming is also recommended.
Angels' Eye products are recommended by veterinarians around the globe; however, you should contact your own vet regarding your dog's/cat’s individual situation.
All Angels’ Eyes products feature the NASC (National Animal Supplement Council) quality seal. For all Angels' Eyes products the "Best Buy" date is stamped on the label or the bottom of the jar and our products will have an 18-24 month "Best Buy" date.
Most of our customers have told us the easiest way to administer Angels’ Eyes is to add the recommended weight dosage directly into their pet’s food once daily. Some people use it as a treat and mix it with some baby food, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, sugar free apple sauce, etc. Another suggestion is to add water to the recommended dosage and use a syringe to slowly direct into their mouth.
Most purchases leave our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Orders received Monday – Thursday before noon (EST) will ship out the same day. Orders received after noon (EST) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship out Monday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice, please check your spam folders.
If you live within the continental United States we have a flat rate of $10.50 for shipping.
Currently, we are only able to ship to addresses within the continental United States (we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP). International shipping is not available.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return or exchange any unopened item for an equivalently priced item or a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Upon approval, a return label will be provided to you (free of charge) by email to ship the product back to the Company. If you choose your own carrier, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of time it will take for the refund to be credited back to your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
For eligible returns or exchanges, a return label will be provided to you (free of charge) by email to ship the product back to the Company.
For refunds, the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
